For nearly 30 years, Josh Vincent has worked diligently in the industry as a residential and commercial plumber, HVAC technician, and foreman on large-scale projects.

In 2021, ready for a new chapter and driven to bring his expertise directly to his community, Josh stepped out in faith to start his own business.

Alongside his wife, Tara, Steadfast was founded with a vision to become a trusted local leader in both plumbing and HVAC services. As a family business, we prioritize transparency, integrity, and open communication in every job we take on, building lasting relationships with the customers we serve.
